How To Make Coconut Chips - Recipe
Jaggery - 2tbsp
Water - 1/2cup
-Slice coconut into thin strips as shown in the picture
Soaked Almonds in dates
Soaked almonds peeled -10
Dates pitted - 3
Stuff peeled almonds in pitted dates and enjoy.
Jackfruit seeds masala fry
-Remove outer layer(thin yellow and papery) of jackfruit seeds
-pressure cook them along with onions, chillies, garlic, ginger, red chilli powder and salt for three whistles.
-saute these cooked seeds and the onion mixture in sesame oil until golden brown.
-sprinkle garam masala, adjust seasonings and stir for another 5 minutes.
-turn off the stove and add coriander leaves, stir for another minute. Enjoy as is or with some salad.
