Striving to Achieve Perfectionism May Cost Millennials Their Mental Health, Study Says

Pursuit of perfection is not a good idea when it comes to mental health, according to a recent research. The study, published in the journal Psychological Bulletin, suggests that millennials (people born between 1983 and 2000) have been working so hard on perfectionism that it has started taking a heavy toll on their mental health and overall well-being.
